Personal data we process (guide download)
If you download our PDF guide, we process only your email address, the fact that you gave consent, the exact wording of that consent and the date and time it was given.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your email to send the guide and, occasionally, related dental-hygiene tips. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Retention
We retain your data until you withdraw consent, and in any case for no longer than three years after our last contact with you. Once consent is withdrawn we delete your data without undue delay.
Recipients
We share data only with processors that provide us with technical infrastructure (hosting and email delivery). Your data is never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes and is not transferred outside the EU/EEA.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to withdraw consent at any time — simply reply to any of our emails or write to info@dentplus.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).
Automated decision-making
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects for the data subject.
